Office visits by appointment only
New patients: Please fill out your health history and consent forms online at least five hours prior to your appointment
Please arrive on time for appointments.
Cell phones should be silenced during treatment.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
Late cancellations or no-shows: Full treatment fee charged
Emergency exceptions considered individually

Emergency Exceptions: True emergencies (medical emergencies, family crises, severe weather) will be considered individually with understanding and compassion.

Treatment plans are individualized based on your specific needs. Progress is evaluated regularly, and treatment approaches may be modified accordingly. If you’re not seeing expected progress, we’ll discuss alternative approaches or referrals to other providers
